This £40 million specialist training facility combines two disciplines – public order training and specialist firearms training. The project involved a complete remodelling extension and refurbishment of an existing sea training school which also included the provision of many new training buildings and specialist facilities.

The public order training arena is a complex of realistic street facades including a mocked up stadium, an underground station complete with tube carriage and a complex of houses and flats. On the firearms side of the complex is a building housing two 25m firing ranges, a 50m firing range a 50m drive in firing range, a close quarter combat range and a live fire video range, as well as many other specialist facilities that include, an aeroplane fuselage, train carriage and outdoor firing ranges.
